Comment s’inscrire à la mutualité en tant que réfugié ukrainien ?

Les réfugiés ukrainiens bénéficient d’une protection temporaire de la part de l’état belge et donc de la prise en charge de leurs soins de santé. Voici comment obtenir ce droit.

Arrivée en Belgique

Le Conseil de l’Europe accorde une protection temporaire aux citoyens ukrainiens qui fuient leur pays en raison de la guerre depuis le 24 février 2022.
Ce statut permet aux réfugiés ukrainiens en Belgique d’être temporairement enregistrés dans le registre des étrangers avec un permis de séjour pour un séjour de plus de 3 mois. Ils ont également le droit d’être enregistrés en tant que résidents autorisés.

Prise en charge des soins de santé

Grâce à cette protection temporaire, les citoyens ukrainiens réfugiés en Belgique ont droit à la prise en charge de leurs frais médicaux (médecin, hôpital, pharmacie...) comme tout résident. Ils ont également droit à l'intervention majorée (statut BIM).

Comment s’inscrire à la mutualité en tant que réfugié ukrainien ?

Pour vous inscrire dans une mutualité en Belgique, vous devez être en possession d’un des 3 documents suivants :

• attestation de protection temporaire

OU

• attestation d’enregistrement

OU

• annexe 15

Muni.e de ces documents, et éventuellement accompagné.e d'un traducteur, Prenez rendez-vous.

In Belgium, medical expenses in the event of illness, accident, pregnancy, etc. are covered by social security.
This mission is entrusted to health insurance providers.

As a Ukrainian refugee, you can benefit from this cover at the doctor, hospital or pharmacy.
The only condition is that you must be registered with a health insurance provider.

How do you register?

You must present one of the following 3 documents:

• temporary protection certificate

OR

• proof of registration

OR

• annex 15
• With these documents, and possibly accompanied by a translator, make an appointment at the Partenamut agency of your choice
